Jesse and Cash and
The Illegal Trappers
Jesse Didn't Know the Dangers...
The plane's rough landing at Duluth was just the beginning of Jesse's Christmas
vacation adventures while visiting his cousin Cash. The first time Jesse and Cash
took the sled dogs Bongo and Bruno out for a run, they came across a trapped fisher.
Trapping was illegal on the island. Then they saw the pickup truck in the driveway
of an empty house.
"Something weird is going on," Cash whispered to Jesse.
The next day the truck was gone, but the boys noticed tire tracks into the woods.
"Looks like there are two people involved here," Cash noted. "One of them is carrying
something heavy."
Join Jesse and Cash as they unravel this mystery and come face-to-face with the illegal trappers.
Bonus Fun Facts at the end of the book.

Review
I liked the campfire on New Year's Eve. I liked the game of broomball, and
I was sad when Zoey got hurt. I liked the end. I think the whole town
should read this book; that's how much I liked it. Amy, nine years old
